At PHD Capital Private Limited, we strive to provide top-notch services to our clients. Below is the refund policy applicable to each of our offerings:
Model Portfolio
● In case of premature termination of Services, We shall refund fees for the unexpired subscription period on a pro rata basis.
● No “breakage” fee or penalty shall be imposed.
● Partial-month subscriptions are generally not refunded except at RA’s sole discretion or as required by SEBI.
● If the RA’s SEBI registration is suspended for more than 60 days or cancelled, We shall refund any unutilized fees from that effective date onward.
Research Services
• In case of premature termination of Services, we shall refund fees for the unexpired subscription period on a pro rata basis.
• No “breakage” fee or penalty shall be imposed.
• Partial-month subscriptions are generally not refunded except at RA’s sole discretion or as required by SEBI.
• If the RA’s SEBI registration is suspended for more than 60 days or cancelled, we shall refund
any unutilized fees from that effective date onward on a pro rata basis.
• Refunds are not available based on market outcomes or losses.
• We do not offer any guarantees on profit or Loss minimisation.
• Fees related to client onboarding, including onboarding fees, platform fees, and KYC charges,
are deducted prior to the provision of services. These fees are non-refundable as they cover the costs incurred during the onboarding process.
• Goods and Services Tax (GST) paid for the services is remitted to the government as per applicable regulations and is not eligible for refund.
Mutual Fund Distribution
PHD Capital Private Limited acts as a distributor for mutual funds. We do not charge any fees to our clients for using our website, application, or any other platform for investing in mutual funds. As such, no refunds are applicable.
PMS Distribution
Our company facilitates investment in Portfolio Management Services (PMS) as a distributor. Similar to mutual funds, we do not levy any fees on our clients for accessing our platforms to invest in PMS funds. Therefore, no refunds are applicable for this service.
